Maisour will evaluate the change and advise investors of the outcome.
If the change happens before the end of the investment period or within the cooling-off period, Maisour shall reassess the suitability of the property for the listing. Based on this reassessment, Maisour will either:
● Delist the property, release previously committed funds and provide timely notification to investors
● Inform committed investors about the significant change, including an update on the property’s listing status.
If the change happens after the cooling-off period, Maisour will notify investors and seek their votes to determine if a change of action is deemed prudent. Significant physical alterations are generally not anticipated, if any, as all properties are subject to stringent assessments, legal due diligence, and impartial evaluations.
