When you invest in a property through Maisour, you’re investing in the shares of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) which will own the title deed to the property.
SPV is a limited liability company registered at the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC) with the sole purpose of property ownership.
The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in Dubai limits a maximum of 4 owners on a property’s title deed. Through an SPV, we are incorporating the property and making all investors legally registered owners through shares in the SPV.
With this, the transfer of property ownership is more streamlined and investors can use the built-in voting tool on the Maisour app for property management.
