We recommend you hold your investment for 5 years to get the optimal capital appreciation. However, at Maisour, you have the flexibility to liquidate your shares sooner.
Due to DFSA regulations, there is no formal secondary market. You can sell your shares in two ways:
1. You may contact Maisour via email instead to facilitate the sale of some or all of your investments. Our team will ascertain if current platform investors are interested in acquiring your shares.
2. You may also approach investors directly. However, to transfer the investment to an individual outside the platform, they must first be onboarded and registered as an approved investor with Maisour. Additionally, they must have invested in a new property listing before buying any secondary SPV shares.
