Certain fees apply to all properties and landlord maintenance expenses may occasionally arise. To mitigate these expenses, we diligently evaluate service charges and overall unit condition during the selection and due diligence process. This way, you as an investor will only focus on growing your investment and real estate portfolio.
Additionally, upon receiving initial rental payments, we establish a reserve fund within the SPV’s account or wallet to cover these fees in the future. Consequently, it is highly unlikely that you will incur any property ownership-related expenses.
However, in rare instances, such as when a newly acquired property remains vacant and incurs service fees for maintenance expenses that exceed tenant revenue, we may temporarily request your financial assistance to cover these costs. Rest assured that the amount will be proportionate to your investment share in the property’s SPV and will not be substantial. We strive to avoid such situations as much as we can.
