Our AML measures prioritise the verification of investor identity through collaboration with trusted third parties. This way, we can provide you with a swift onboarding experience while ensuring that only legitimate funds are transacted within our platform.
As prescribed by Chapter 2 of the DFSA COB Rulebook, the Client Classification Process guarantees Retail Clients elevated levels of protection and comprehensive risk disclosure. To ensure their well-being, all clients are initially designated as Retail Clients.
To complete the process, the client must digitally sign or accept the client service agreement and review the accompanying risk disclosure documents.
