Maisour will engage the following entities:
During the initial period (investment period):
Real estate agent (for purchase)
Independent evaluation company
Independent property trustee
After the transaction is completed:
Property management company (may be either independent or related to Maisour real estate broker for lease)
Independent tenant
All client funds are maintained in a dedicated Client Money Account established at a bank authorized by the UAE central bank at all times. This account is exclusively designated for the custody of client assets, and it is separated from Maisour’s operational funds. The bank maintaining this account operates independently from Maisour, providing another layer of security and assurance.
