    The property listed on Maisour is subject to the following expenses:

    Initial stage ● Evaluation company fees ● Real estate broker fees ● DLD 4% transfer tax (will be paid 50% by the SPV and 50% by the Seller) ● Property trustee fees ● Maisour fees from the investor (1.5%) and from the Seller (1%)
